Sous PC Windows (Internet Explorer), cliquez sur le lien ci-dessus, téléchargez et éxécutez le programme. Une fenêtre ibi consult s'ouvre, conservez la ouverte et communiquez le numéro ID à votre partenaire ibi consult.

English : Under Windows (Internet Explorer browser), click on the link above, download exe file, and run it. A new window named "ibi consult" is opening, keep it open and send us the ID number show on window.

Sous MAC (Safari), cliquez sur le lien ci-dessus, téléchargez et ouvrez le programme (Teamviewer). Une fenêtre ibi consult s'ouvre, conservez la ouverte et communiquez le numéro ID à votre partenaire ibi consult.

English : Under MAC (Safari browser), click on the link above, download and open Teamviewer application. Keep this application open, and send us ID number shown on it.
